Once Upon a Time in Greece, Hippocrates “The Greeks
father of medical” giving a lecture to his scholar and than said that “fat peoples get died
suddenly”. I think he got stressed with her weigth. but Actually, that maxim still happen until know.
We must pay attention at our weight, it make we reduce our speed when a dog chasing us (it happen to me!), or the worse,
make you loose your status as the sexiest (it happen to my mother!!! :-p ). The changing of our body often came
when our age came up to 25 years old. At this age, we start to reduce our willing to get
exercise, get fitness, or get sport, and this is the of the start of body disaster. At this ages normally we are to tired for do nothing caused work and daily activity. So, as the pay
off, at the end of the week we added a menu to our daily menu.
Remember, our body is set by our biological behaviour and our habit. As example, you know that your belly already satisfied, but than you
added 1 piece of bread as your daily menu. It means you have added 20 kg fat
for a year and 40 kg for 5 years. But its not just stop here. All this extra
fat is give more weight to all your function of your body. It give your heart,
kidneys, and liver more work to do and so your pivot had to carry on more fat
in your every daily movement.
Your heart and kidneys maybe becoming weaker over the next few years
caused by more work to pumping all your liquid body which thick of fat. Thats BAD!!
So how to keep our weight as normal as we can? This is the tips :

- Do not doing diet, as long as I know this methods just add you’re an aggression behaviour to your daily life and for me you just like a freaky person when youre doing this. So enjoy the life in the healthy way.
- Make a start by a breakfast, prefer sereal. this energy will help you to work all day long and make you out of willing to eat snacks and sugar.
- At the mid day dont restrain your hungry to long. This will make your body more easier to suck a calorie which usually at the same time you eat too much in this condition. Eat something but just to relieve the hunger.
- Make a limit, you have your body, you know when it going satisfied, you know when its not hungry any more. Stop your eating when you feel its enough, not hungry any more but not too satisfied. Or the best way is leave your dining table when you still get a little hungry. This is the balance that you must keep.
- Make a habit for daily healthy eating time. Normally, it just 3 times in a day. So just eating at that time. Try to not eating too much at the interval of this time and avoid heavy meal. Along with this habit you will realize that you will enjoy this. This will keep you’re weight at the normal condition and you will feel more energetic than usual when you have doing this for a month. Try it.
- A cure for a heavy lazy feeling, is doing workout. Do sport, do something that make your body move constanly. “Constant move” is the point to keep your breath and heart to pumping following the rhythm. Jogging, relaxive swimming or other sport that give you a rhythm is the key. It will burn more calories than you think.
- Avoid extravagant food, this kind of food is normally drain your pocket. It carries more calories than the value of the food it self.
- More green food, increase the rate of consume vegetables. Salad, carrot, fruit and all vegetables is bring more minerals and vitamins than calories to your body.
- At last, beware of pigswill. Many mothers gain weight cause doesn’t like to see a wasted food. Its much better if we formed the habit to reduce the food that prepare in the table than we waste it.
- Try to get defecate at the morning. Its worth it. :)
